Shipping & delivery information

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Greek holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will put in every effort to process your order on the same day that we receive it, especially if the same is received before 14.00 GR Time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In case of foreseen, outside of our control delays, we will make any effort possible to notify you accordingly.

Free Shipping offers

We occasionally offer free shipping thresholds, for domestic and international orders. You may be informed of our free shipping offers, anytime they are activated, via relevant banners in our home page and on checkout.

Free Shipping domestically (within Greece):

For orders above €30, applied automatically at checkout.

Free Shipping to Cyprus:

For orders above €40, applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery time: Athens --> 1-2 Business Days // Rest of Greece --> 1-3 Business Days

Costs and estimated delivery times for deliveries to Cyprus are shown below:

Delivery time: 3-5 Business Days

 

Please note that we don’t offer in-store pickup or local delivery option.

International Shipping 

We are (proudly!) based in Greece, and our products are shipped mainly from our Athens warehouse; We are working hard to start sending our products to several Countries inside and outside the EU. We are committed to continuously expanding the list of countries we deliver to and hope to add many destinations in our list very soon.  Ultimately, it would bring us immense joy to see furry friends from all over the world having the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from the high-quality products we offer through our store.

Please check delivery possibilities (and costs) to your Country during the checkout process. If checkout is not possible due to your address being in a Country we don’t currently deliver to, kindly send us an email at support@hugalia.com to jointly find a beneficial delivery solution.

Please note that, for international orders, they may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HUGALIA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. In some cases (depending on the Courier dispatching your order) a maximum of 48 hours period might be required for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the mentioned number of days (depending on your location) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
